We are convinced that craftsmanship is an economic model that is reinventing itself and adapting to the challenges of our future. Thanks to the following factors:

Human labor, local production, and sales in an urban environment, hydroelectric power, short delivery or sales circuits, healthy, fresh daily food, (not always) simple and natural food processing thanks to organic flours and homemade sourdough, paper packaging.

Of course, we haven't had much help in recent years: ecological discourse began to disappear with the COVID-19 pandemic, and the breakdown of the political balance that emerged after the Second World War hasn't helped matters! No administrations, no politicians, no aid: we're carrying this enterprise of a better life with you who come to buy our products.
