The scenery of Gaspésie inspires us to preserve our environment and to limit our impact on the latter. This is why we have opted for a
ecological shift by encouraging our local producers. Aiming to promote waste reduction we have set up a canning system and reusable jar. There are also specialty coffees roasted by the brerie de L’Atlantique, a selection of beers from Eastern Quebec and a variety of household items.
